Wow, time's really flying now -- it's October, for heaven's sake!
If you're feeling the whirl (or feeling like you're always playing catch-up), or you've got that "wtf' look on your face, you're not alone.
There is a whole lot going on in both the 'seen' and the 'unseen'.
One super-important strategy is to practice, practice, practice, identifying what it feels like to come from our center, and then come from our center.
Otherwise, it's easier and easier to feel fragmented and scattered -- or as Bilbo Baggins says in Lord of the Rings, "I feel like too little butter spread over too much bread."
In the latest audio-program message for the Feminine Mojo Mystery School (the V-School), I share a bit more about the current themes, energies, and the 'what' and 'why' of coming from your core -- from the wisdom and intuitive brilliance of your body.
Join us -- there is a rich archive of audio programs, and more on the way, to guide and nourish us through these times.
Whatever nourishment and inspiration we can take in -- the sort that helps us to ground and center, that lifts us up with a larger perspective -- well drink it in.
That's like water for a thirsty garden right now (you and I would be the thirsty gardens!).
Asking great questions (or having someone who can ask you great questions) is one of THE helpful artforms in these times.
Good questions can offer a bit of vital 'Wake-Up Juice' when things feel stale or, well, just a bit too closed in it's becoming claustrophobic.
I share musings on great questions and Wake-Up Juice in the latest Ivy SeaZine eNewsletter.
I'll be back before too long with more on how the Feminine is arising and what that means for us in our day to day lives during these shifting energies and wildly changing paradigms.
I enjoy hearing from you, so I invite you to post or send along an email.
Lots of Blessings,
Jamie
